Returns Policy

Phase 1 policy — simple, fair, and clear.

30-day returns (most items)

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on un-drilled and unused items in original condition and packaging.

Custom work / drilled bowling balls

Because drilling is custom work, drilled bowling balls are not eligible for return unless there is a verified manufacturing defect. If something is wrong, contact us — we’ll help you work through the manufacturer’s warranty process and make it right.

How to start a return

  1. Email Sales@hyupsbowling.com with your order number and what you’re returning.
  2. We’ll reply with the next steps and return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely to prevent damage in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically issued back to the original payment method. If an item is returned in used condition or missing parts/packaging, we may reduce or deny the refund.

Shipping damage / wrong item / defective items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll take care of you.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email. Use the link in that email to follow the shipment. If you don’t see a tracking email within 1–2 business days, check your spam/junk folder or contact us.
