How fast do you ship?

Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days (often same-day). Standard delivery time depends on carrier and your location.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email. Use the link in that email to follow the shipment. If you don’t see it within 1–2 business days, check your spam/junk folder or contact us.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal at checkout. (More payment options may be added in future phases.)

Do you drill bowling balls?

Yes — pro-shop drilling, fitting, and surface adjustments. If you purchase drilling, we’ll contact you (or you can contact us) to confirm your specs.

Can I return a ball after it’s been drilled?

Because drilling is custom work, drilled balls are typically not eligible for return unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.

What’s your return policy?

30 days on un-drilled and unused items in original condition/packaging. If something arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we’ll take care of you. Read the full returns policy.

How do I choose the right ball / weight / layout?

Ball choice depends on your style, rev rate, lane conditions, and goals. If you’re unsure, contact us — we can recommend a great starting point and a layout strategy.
